Notes:
- The date of the weekly meeting will be implemented according to the schedule. Please notify class advisors and students in advance and attend the weekly meeting on time. The weekly meetings will be held from 12:50 to 13:40.
- To help students successfully complete the Service-Learning requirement of Graduation Standards, the credit waivers planned for the weekly meetings are as shown below. Would all secretaries, faculty and staff please assist in informing students in each class; students are to be seated on time and sign their names clearly on the attendance sheet.

- March 14 1st-year students weekly meeting is counted as a Service-Learning Keynote Lecture.
- March 28 2nd-year students weekly meeting is counted as a Service-Learning Presentation.

- The implementation procedure of the weekly meeting proceeds according to the schedule. Prior to each meeting, the Taoyuan Information Service Section will play a promotional video.
